By clicking “complete purchase”, the Customer submits a binding order and agrees to payment.

Upon order completion, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email with details of the purchase.

If a product is unavailable, Hifas da Terra S.L. will inform the Customer and offer an alternative or a refund.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 Responsibilities of Hifas da Terra S.L.

However, Hifas da Terra S.L. will not be liable for:

7. Prices and Payment

7.1 Prices

 

Product prices listed on the Hifas da Terra S.L. online store include VAT as applicable by current law. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be added to the total order amount and clearly shown before finalising the purchase.

In the case of promotions or discounts, the final price will be displayed once the offer conditions have been applied.

Pricing Errors


While Hifas da Terra S.L. regularly updates website pricing information, unintentional errors may occur. If a manifest pricing error is detected, Hifas da Terra S.L. reserves the right to correct it and inform the Customer before processing the order. The Customer may then choose to confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.

The Customer guarantees they are the legitimate holder of the chosen payment method and agrees to notify Hifas da Terra S.L. immediately of any unauthorised use or payment-related issues. Hifas da Terra S.L. does not store payment data.

If payment is not authorised, the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Delivery Times and Conditions

Hifas da Terra S.L. ships both domestically and internationally to the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.

Delivery times vary by destination and chosen transport service. Estimated delivery times will be indicated during the checkout process.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard (Spain): 2 to 3 working days from order confirmation.

  • Shipping is not available to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, Hifas da Terra S.L. will inform the Customer of the estimated restocking date or offer an alternative.

8.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the package weight, delivery address and chosen carrier. The exact cost will be displayed before finalising the order.

Hifas da Terra S.L. may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated on the website and in the Shipping Policy.

8.3 Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email with useful information about the order status and the corresponding invoice. A tracking number will also be provided so the Customer can monitor the delivery via the carrier's website.

8.4 Delivery Issues

If delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond Hifas da Terra S.L.'s control (logistical problems, weather conditions, etc.), the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.

If the carrier is unable to deliver the order due to the Customer’s absence, a second delivery attempt will be made, or a collection notice will be provided.

The risk of loss, damage or deterioration of goods passes to the Customer once they, or an authorised third party, physically take possession of the order. Once received, the Customer is responsible for any further issues or deterioration.

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery. If visible damage or suspected damage is found:

  1. Record the issue on the delivery note or carrier’s digital system before signing.

  2. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

  3. Notify Hifas da Terra S.L. within 24 hours of receiving the order at atencion@youroptimum.com, including order number, description of the issue and photos.

Failure to take these steps within the stated time frame may hinder the processing of claims with the carrier.

 

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation (including Spain’s General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers must notify Hifas da Terra S.L. by email at atencion@youroptimum.com, including:

  • Full name.

  • Order number.

  • Product(s) to be returned.

  • Reason for return (optional).

9.2 Return Conditions

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging, with no signs of tampering.

  • Perishable, personalised or hygiene-sensitive products may not be returned unless defective.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

 

9.3 Refund Process

Once the return is received and the product condition verified, Hifas da Terra S.L. will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

10. Product Warranty

10.1 Warranty Coverage

 

The mushroom-based dietary supplements offered at www.youroptimum.com are covered by the legal guarantee in accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and European Union regulations (Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive 2011/83/EU). As these are consumable products for personal use, the guarantee is limited to manufacturing or packaging defects that could compromise the safety or quality of the product before it is opened.

The guarantee does not cover claims related to health effects, as these products are food supplements that do not replace a balanced diet or medical treatment. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before starting to take any supplement.

If the Customer receives a product that is damaged, in poor condition, or has a manufacturing defect, they will be entitled to:

  • Replacement of the damaged product with a new one, provided that notification is given within the specified period.
  • Refund of the amount paid if replacement is not possible.


The warranty is valid for 2 years in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland, with the exception of the following: 

  • Ireland: 6 years (limited to defects present at the time of purchase)

  • United Kingdom: 6 years (England, Wales, and NI); 5 years (Scotland)


10.2 Warranty Exclusions

Due to the nature of the products sold (food supplements), the warranty does not cover:

  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed.

  • Products whose packaging is damaged after delivery and has not been reported within the specified period.

  • Exchanges or returns for reasons other than manufacturing or packaging defects.

  • Misuse or improper storage by the Customer (e.g., exposure to excessive heat, humidity, or direct light).

  • Adverse reactions or undesirable results resulting from the use of the products, which may vary from person to person.

10.3 Warranty Claims

To manage a warranty claim, the Customer must contact Hifas Da Terra S.L.'s customer service department and provide:

  • Order number or invoice.

  • Problem description.

  • Photos of product and packaging.

Modifications to these Terms and Conditions will take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Therefore, we recommend that Customers and Users review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the conditions applicable at any given time.

Continued use of the services of Hifas Da Terra S.L. after modification of the Terms and Conditions implies acceptance of the same by the User.


15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable legislation under international private law and consumer protection regulations. In the event of any dispute or conflict that may arise in relation to the interpretation, execution, or compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and provided that the Customer is a consumer, the parties agree to submit to the courts corresponding to the Customer's place of residence, in accordance with the current regulations on consumer and user protection applicable in the Customer's country of residence.

If the Customer is not a consumer, the parties agree to submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the courts of the city of Pontevedra, which shall be the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that may arise.
